School Nurse
Y.A.L.E. School is proud of its school health team.
It includes several nurses who were selected as Johnson and Johnson School Health Leadership Program Fellows, a competitive award and training program recognizing top school health professionals from across the country. The Y.A.L.E school nurses that staff all of our health offices play an integral role on the educational team. By promoting student well-being and providing medical care when needed, the Y.A.L.E. school health professionals help support continuity of learning. Through regular professional development, Y.A.L.E. school nurses maintain a high level of skill and knowledge of procedures and protocols that contribute to the health and safety of the entire school community.
School Nurses
All Y.A.L.E. school nurses are in regular contact with parents and guardians as well as family physicians and sending school districts to ensure that our students’ medical needs are met. On this page you will be able to view resources from our nursing staff regarding important medical dates, forms, procedures, and other health information. Also available are commonly-used forms that can be downloaded, printed, filled out, and faxed to the appropriate campus’s nursing staff at the numbers listed below for each campus.
