Y.A.L.E. School Child Study Team implements the clinical services required by a student’s IEP.
Our Child Study Team includes:
School Psychologists, Clinical/School Social Workers, School Counselors
Physical Therapists
Occupational Therapists
Speech and Language Pathologists
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner*
*When approved by parents/guardians, school districts, and the clinical coordinator and added to the student’s Individual Education Plan, Y.A.L.E. provides oversight by a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to prescribe and/or monitor medication and offer other therapeutic recommendations.
In addition to clinical services, Y.A.L.E. School also offers the professional support of Reading Specialists to identify reading and writing deficits as well as prescribe the delivery of services and instruction to build the needed skills.
