These exceptional, career educators are passionate about inspiring young individuals. They value and respect that each student has a unique way of learning and lean on their high levels of training to provide differentiated instruction differentiated that meets the specific needs of each student.

Y.A.L.E. School teachers are NJ State Certified and hold both regular and special education certifications. It is their collective mission to relate to each student with understanding, praise, and compassion. As such, they strive to incorporate each student’s family into the daily educational model by providing updates and information that will help parents support the learning process as students generalize skills at home. Collaboration is the key to progress and that’s why we view Y.A.L.E. educators, students, and parents/guardians as one extended family!
