Project SEARCH at Jefferson Health provides job training & opportunities

Project SEARCH, a unique school-to-work program that allows students with autism and related disabilities entering their final year of entitlement to attend a full-day, 10-month program onsite at Jefferson Cherry Hill Hospital, was featured on CBS News Philadelphia in honor of Autism Acceptance Month.

CBS reporter Stephanie Stahl spoke to current and former Y.A.L.E. School NJ students, as well as Y.A.L.E. School educator Ernie Laux and Jefferson Health Vice President of Operations Frank Rocco, to understand why this amazing program is helping students find the confidence and proper training to find their dream jobs.
