While many of our events are free, knowing how many members of our Y.A.L.E. community will be joining us helps ensure there’s enough fun for everyone. An essential one-stop planning opportunity for parents and all those preparing students of all ages for the steps to adulthood. Get info about eligibility for services and benefits, learn from state experts, and see how to follow a systematic transition plan from middle school through age 21 and beyond so that the path to adulthood is clear – with positive outcomes! After morning presentations, enjoy lunch and a vendor fair to explore options and make connections.
