School and Project SEARCH at Jefferson Health program partners invite parents, school district case managers and state agency representatives to learn about our award-winning work immersion program based at Jefferson Cherry Hill Hospital and Jefferson Stratford Hospital, for students with autism and other disabilities entering their aging-out year.
