Join us for our Virtual Science Festival

The COVID-19 pandemic kept Y.A.L.E. School from hosting our annual Science Festival in person this year – so we moved it online! All students across all Y.A.L.E. campuses are invited to watch and participate.

The Science Festival features:

  • Science demonstrations and a hands-on experiment you can do at home – all you need is milk, food coloring and dish soap!
  • Individual and class projects from the students of Y.A.L.E. School
  • Interviews with science project winners

The Science Festival also features some very special guests:

  • Sarah Latyn, MBS, an entomologist (a scientist who studies insects) from BedBug Central
  • Dave Frank, an apiculturist (beekeeper) at Turtle Creek in Springfield Township
  • Danielle Moyer, a volcanologist (a scientist who studies volcanoes) in the Department of Biodiversity, Earth and Environmental Science at Drexel University
